Information collected
- Account details such as name, email, optional phone number and encrypted password.
- Booking details such as dates, quantities, lesson sessions, rental sizing and vehicle information.
- If you use Snow Alpine Moments: the photos, caption, display name and publishing permissions you choose to provide.
- Technical information needed for security and service operation. Anonymous carts are identified by a token saved on your device.
How information is used
- To restore carts, manage accounts and create booking records.
- To process test payments through Stripe and send service emails through Resend.
- To review Moment submissions, display approved photos when permission is given and issue the associated customer reward.
- To prevent misuse, investigate errors and improve the booking experience.
Service providers
Stripe processes payment data, Resend delivers transactional email, Vercel hosts the frontend and Amazon Web Services hosts the API and database. Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security terms.
Retention and security
Passwords and verification codes are stored only as one-way hashes. Uploaded Moment photos are resized and re-encoded before storage, which removes embedded image metadata such as EXIF location data. Submissions may be rejected or removed during moderation. Demonstration data may be retained while the portfolio service operates and may be removed during maintenance or environment resets.
Your choices
Publishing a Moment is optional. Website and social-media permissions are requested separately, and you may ask us to remove a published photo. You can also ask for access to or deletion of account data held by this demonstration. Contact support from the email address connected to the account so the request can be verified.
